WarLonging For Peace

Here it is peaceful.
But what is peace when there is war through out?
Why do the innocent suffer and sleep eternally?
Can't the land that was once peaceful be at peace again?
For what do we fight for and how long will we hear guns instead of morning birds?
How long will the suffering and the pain go on?
Will it cease when all of our enimies are destroyed?
But in time will peace be regained?

The fact that the lineart was really messy when you removed the white, I'm moderatly pleased. Really wish I coulda had it cleaner.

This is Eliryn (thus the name in JRR Tolikein's Elvish). This is my Eragon OC dragon, lacking his female, Elven rider. Elyrin dissapeared in the Great Fall of the riders, I havn't decided if he's dead or not.

He and his rider are called the "Black Wind" as they both are clad in black armour (and he's black).

I didn't realize hers was black also, I guess great minds think alike!

It was more fun than the other pracises I've done... This is my SECOND attempt at digital painting/coloring, so please be gentile!
